LOCAL DELIVERY, LOCAL PICK-UP and SHIPPED ITEMS WANTING TO BE RETURNED:

RETURNED REGULAR PRICED ITEMS:Returned Regular Priced Item(s) by 14 business days.If an even swap can be done, this is 1st Option.Items have to be approved for equal exchange or a store credit.If Regular Priced Items are not exchanged or store credit made, a 25% of item cost restocking fee will be charged

DISCOUNTED SALE ITEM(S) CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR EQUAL VALUE ITEM(S) IF ITEM(S) ARE APPROVED. The Discounted Sale Item(s) have to be brought back or mailed within 14 business days then will be inspected for equal exchange. 

Regular priced Item(s) AND Discounted Sale Item(s) will be inspected for  being unused, un-worn, odor free, and un-damaged plus have all original tags intact. If Regular priced Item(s) AND Discounted Sale Item(s) do not meet the requirements, no help can be granted for exchange or refund. The Item(s) are no good to Fashion Forward 39422.

Buyer pays for return postage or has to bring items to store during regular business hours. No refund credit for delivery or shipping cost unless it is an error of Fashion Forward 39422, LLC.
